Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Bridgett als Brides London Exhited
their humble peticon & appeale unto this Court
on Thursday the ninth day of July instant
setting forth that by Warrant under the hands and
seales of Thomas Burdus< no role > & George Bampfeild< no role >
Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the
County of Middx (Quorum unus) dated the
day of May anno Din one thousand seven hundred
& twenty four Sarah Fulcher< no role > wife of John Fulcher< no role >
was past to the Petrs. from the overseers of the
poor of the Liberty of the Rolls in the Parish of
St. Dunstan in the West in the sd County of Middx
And that the Petrs. apprehended themselves aggreived
by the Order of the said Justices and appealed
therefrom to this Court, Which appeale was
appointed to be heard & determined by this Court
on this present Saturday the eleventh day of July
instant , Now upon mocon made unto this Court
by Councell for the Overseers of the poor of the sd
Liberty of the Rolls praying that the heareing of
the said appeale may be adjourned This Court
upon heareing of Councell for the sd. Appellants
Doth order that (on paymt. of the sume of twenty
shillings by the overseers of the poor of the said
Liberty of the Rolls [..] or one of them unto
the said Appellants or one of them for their costs
of this days attendance on this Court to prosecute
their said appeale) the heareing & determining of
the said appeale be adjourned untill the next
Generall [..] sessions of the peace to be holden
