Whereas upon and upon heareing of what was alleged
on either side It is by consent of the sd. Councell on
both sides Ordered by this Court that the heareing
& determining of the said appeale be further adjorned
untill the next Generall Sessions of the peace to be
holden for the sd. County of Middx. Subject to the like order
touching the consideracon of the costs aforesaid And
that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
both the said parishes & all persons concerned doe
attend his Maties. Justices of the peace for the County of
Middx to be assembled at the next Generall [..]
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the same County
by adjornmt. on Friday the fourteenth day of August next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide
their Judgmt. & determinacon touching the sd appeale,
And that a coppy of the sd. examinacon be delivered
by the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the
said parish of St. Andrew Holborne unto theor one
of them unto the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the said parish of St. Dunstan in the west
or to some or one of them a week before the time
aforesaid, And that the said Examinacon be read
and allowed as Evidence at the heareing of the sd.
