of the poor of the said parish, This Court is of opinion that
the suggestions of the sd peticon & appeale are
wherefore And for that
[..] it appeareth to this Court
that the said rate was duely [..] & regularly made by
[..] the Overseers of the poor of the said parish and
afterwards allowed & approved of by two of his Maties
Justices of the peace for this County inhabiting in or
neare the said parish (whereof one is of the Quorum)
according to the forme of the statute in that case made &
provided, This Court doth discuiss the sd. peticon &
appeale, and doth order that the said rate be and
the same is hereby confirmed.
