wilton the present overseers of the poor for the said
Liberty desireing them that they would reimburse the
petrs. the sd. Sume of thirty four pounds seventeen
shillings & four pence see by them expended & laid
out as aforesaid, which they refused to doe, And to
petrs. praying releife in the premisses, It was ordered
by this Court that the present overseers of the poor of
the said Liberty of the Rolls should forthwith pay
unto the Petrs. the said Sume of thirty four pounds
seventeen shillings & four pence, Or show unto this Court
on this day good cause to the Contraryor why they
should not make a rate upon the Inhabitants of
the sd. Liberty for reimburseing the petrs. the said sume,
Now upon hearing of what was insisted Upon by Mr
Corbett of Councell for the petrs. & alsoe by the sd Copeland you one of the present
over Seers of the poor of the said Liberty who admitted
thatin this Court that the petrs. accompts touching the
moneys by them reced & disbursed for releife of the
poor of the said Liberty were fair & instant that the
same were audited & allowed by two of his Maties. Justices
of the peace for this County, and that the sd sume of thirty
four pounds seventeen shillings & four pence was due
to the Petrs. Upon the ballance of their said accompts
And stored much as itt [..] appealed this Court that the said Petrs

(Wth. Ought to have been pd. to the Petrs.
Dureing their continuance in their se.

by the expendedwere prevented fair receiveing the same

cheif and principle Inhitants of the said [..] under prevence
that the same Debls were not fully adjusted and on [..]
that the said petrs. should be remibursed wt. they had depended
as aforesaid by the prsent oversers of the poore of the [..]
Libty wth the said present overseers & more obsolutely [..]

This Court is of opinion that the petrs [..] ought in Justices
& equity to be reiw bursed the said sume of thirty four
pounds seventeen shillings & four pence, And doth
order that theover Seerspresent over Seers of the poor
of the Libty
& antient Inhabitants of the said Liberty who are
Usually present at makeing of the publique rates
there doe forthwith make an equall & subscribedrate upon all & every the Inhabitants within the
said Liberty who are ratable to the releife of the
poor there (respect being had to the severall
abilitys of such Inhabitants) for raiseing & paymt.
of the sd. sume of thirty four pounds seventeen
shillings & four pence Unto the petrs; And that where
such rate shall be made they doe therewith attend
two of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County
(Quorum unns) inhabiting in or neare the said
Liberty for the apprebacon & allowance therby
And that after the said rate shall be see apprebacon
& allowed of they doe [..] cause the moneys thereby
assessed to be speedily collected, and that they doe
out of the moneys to be collected on the said rate

reimburse & pay or cause to be reimbursed and
due forthwith reimburse & pay on raise to be reimbursed & pd unto the Petrs. the sd sumo of
£34. 17s. 4d. remaining due to them as aforesd or indifanst the roof that the prsent
Overseers of the poor
