Whereas complaint hath been made unto us whose hands and
Seals are hereunto Sett two of his Majties: Justices of the peace of the
sayd County of middx (Quor Vit) by zon the Churchwarden and
OverSeers of the poor of the sayd parish of St. paul Shadwell in the
County aforesaid that Justina Harris< no role > wife of John Harris< no role > and their
two Children Namely John Harris< no role > aged Seaven years, and Diana< no role >
aged seaven months, are lately come into the sayd Parrish
endeavoring to Settle themselves (there contrary to Law and that
they are likely to become chargeable to the sayd parish which wee doe
find and adjudge to be true And whereas alsoe it further appears
unto us the sayd Justices Upon the Examination of the Abovenamed
Justina< no role > the wife of the said John Harris< no role > taken upon Oath before
as that he said Husband was borne at Bow in the County
of Middx aforesaid and hath gained noe other legall Settlement
since Whereupon wee doe Adjudge the place of last legall Settlement
of him the sayd John Harris< no role > and of Justina< no role > his said wife and of their
said two Children John Harris< no role > , and Diana Harris< no role > , to be al Bow
aforesaid

These are therefore in his Majties, Name to charge
and Command you and every of you forthwith upon sight hereof to
remove and convey the said Justina Harris< no role > wife of the sayd John Harris< no role >
and their said two Children, John< no role > , and Diana< no role > , out of the said parish of
St. paul shadwell into Bow aforesaid
aforesaid and deliver them unto the Churchwarden
and OverSeers of the poor there who are Hereby required to provide
for them according to Law Hereof faile not at your perill Given
under our hands and Seals this 28th. day of February Annod
