Whereas Upon reading the humble peticonr and Appeale of Timothy

other Inhabitants of the said Hamblet Exhibited unto this Court
against an Order under the hands and Seales of Robt. Kyrby< no role >

of the said County (Quorum unns) bearing date the twenty

removed from the Parish of st Paul Shadwell< no role > in the Said
County into Bow aforesaid as the place of last legall

Ordered by this Court that the Churchwarden and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of st Paul Shadwell -
and all other persons concerned should attend this
Court on this twenty ninth day of Aprill Instant to heare
and abide the Judgement and determinacon of this
Court touching the said Appeale Now Upon Moconr made
unto this Court by Mr. Corbett of Councell for the Churchwardens
and OverSeers of the poor of the Said Parish of st. Pauls
