The humble peticon and Appeals of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the Parish of st Martins within
the Citty of Worcester

Sheweth

That by Order Dated the fourteenth Day of Aprill Instant under
the hands and Seales of hoo of his Matys Justices of the Peace
for this County (Quor urns) One Sarah Lewis< no role > wife of Every
Lewis< no role > Decd was Removed from the Parish of St Anne in the
Liberties of Westminster in the County of Middx to the aforesaid Parish of st martin as the
place of the last Legall Settlement of the said Sarah Lewis< no role >

That your Petitor: find themselves arrived by these Order of the
said two Justices of the pence and Appeal against the same to this Court But for asmuch
as your Petitrs: Evidence by reason of the Distante of the Place
cannot attend this Court this present Sessions

Your Petitors: therefore humbly pray
your Worpps will be to Order the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of St Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster
to attend this Court some Day next
Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determinacon of
this Court touching the said Appeal
And yor Petitor: shall over pray etc.
