Whereas Complaint hath been made unto as two of his Maties
Justices of the peace for the Said County (quors unns) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St
Giles without Cripplegate in the Said County That Mathew
Taylor
< no role > and Kinsbury< no role > his wife are lately come and
intruded in the Said parish endeavouring to gain a Settlemt
there [..] without renting a house of the value of
Ten pounds P anm or paying to Church or poor or giveing
notice to the Churchwardens or overseers of the poor or any of
them of the house or place of their abode in the Said parish as
is by law required And are likely to become a great charge
to the said parish (if not speedily prevented) And whereas upon
the Examinacon of the said Mathew Taylor< no role > taken upon
Oath itt appeares unto us that he came from and out of
the parish of St Giles without Cripplegate London where
he was come and lived with his father Thomas Taylor< no role >
And that he never was on housekeeper or ever attained
any other legall Settlement elsewhere Therefore upon the
proose aforesaid Wee doe adjudge and deem the last legall
Settlement of the said Mathew Taylor< no role > to be in the Said
parish of St Giles without Cripplegate London .

These are therefore in his Maties Name Straitly to charge &
Command you and every of you forthwith upon sight
hereof to remove & convey the Said Mathew Taylor< no role > and
Kinsbury< no role > his wife from the Said parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate in the Said County to the parish of St Giles
without Cripplegate London and deliver them to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there who are
hereby required to provide for them according to Law
Given under our hands and Seales this 19 day of February

St Giles without Cripplegate in the County of Midds And to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
St Giles without Cripplegate London.
