Whereas upon reading the humble peticon & appeale of
the Ch:wdens. & Ov: of the poor of the parish of Sundon in the
County of Bedford exhited unto this Court on the 12th. day of Janry last setting forth
that John keys< no role > & his wife & two children
Jonathan< no role > & Eliz< no role > : were lately passed from the parish
of Southmims in the County of Middx to the sd parish
of Sundon in the County of Bedford as the place of the
last legall Settlemt. of the sd Jon. Keys< no role > , by warrant
under the hand & seale of Sr . David Hechstetter< no role > one
of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the sd County of
Middx , And that the Petrs. found themselves aggreived
by the said warrant of removeall, and appealed
agt. the same to this Cort, It was upon ordered by
this Court that the Ch:wdens. & Ov: of the poor of the sd. parish
of Southmims & all other parties concerned should
attend this Cort on the 17th. day of Janry aforesd to heare
& abide the Judgmt. & determinacon of this Cort touching
the sd appeale, And by subsequent Order then made
