was adjorned untill this seventeenth day of Febryr
instt . Now upon hearing of what insisted on by
Mr. Serjt. Darnall of Councell for the Ch:wdens. & Ov: of
the poor of the sd parish of Southmims & alsoe by
Mr. Malet of Councell for the sd Appellants, For that
it doth appeare to this Cort that the said Jon. Keys< no role > &
his wife & the said two children or any of them had any
legall settlemt. in the sd parish of Sundon This Cort
doth allow of the said appeale, and doth vacate &
discharge theaforesd. Order of the sd. two Justices of
the peace,warrt. of removeall,whby vertue
whereof the sd Jon. Keys< no role > & his wife & the sd two
children were removed from the sd parish of
Southmims to the said parish of Sundon as aforesd.
