That The Dwelling house of the Sd. Prison
of the [..] and attLodge, & other appurtenances
thereunto belonging, contain Seventeen Square of building, the Roofs whereof
[..] be taken down the intirely made noware intirely decayd', the
principal Girders rotten even three feet within side of the house,

inthe floors
[..] are so
much Sunk out of Square
[..] vis
[..] Suspected
[..] if the Sd. floors attemped
to be repaird', t'will be found they are intirely decayd' also. That the
foundations of
the walls of
theeach front are very much decayd and
[..] bellyd' out, that part
of the walls are falln down, the floors, which they Supported, Shored up
and the premisses now laid open, That in our
[..]
[..] the Repair
of these buildings, to make them Substantially habitable, is impracticable,
at least, without laying out more money than will build now of Sufficient conveniencies
[..] containing but eleven Square of building which is not quite
two thirds of what
[..] the premisses are now inumberd
with, That we have treated with Workmen who will pull down the old premisses & build the Sd eleven
Square of new work according to the model herewith produced for about three
hundred &
sixtypounds allowing them the old materials, That there are
eight Wards in the prison which
[..] be new floord of will cost about
Sixteen pounds. That there remains due to Workmen
[..] as appears
by their bills for work formerly done, and not yet paid for, about the Sum of
Seventy pounds
