whom this Cort doth appoint to be Trear of
the moneys soe collected & reced for the yeare ensueing
And It is further Ordered by this Court that the
Ch:wdens. of the respcive parishes Townes hambletts
prcincts within the Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne
& Istleworth in this County doe truely pay the
moneys by them collected on the sd. assessmt. unto
the high Constables of their respcive Divisions for
the time being gurly ten days before the end of
every qur. And that the respcive high Constables of
the Hundreds last menconed doe every qur Qur [..]
pay over the moneys by them reced of the Ch:wdens.

any Ch:wdens. or high Constable or his Exetrs. or Admrs. shall
faile to make paymt. in forme above specifyed
Then every Ch:wdens: his Exetrs. or Admrs. soe offending shall for feit
for every time the Sume of 10s. & every high
Constables his Execrs. or Admrs. shall forfeit for
every time the Sume of 20s; the same forfeitures
together wth. the Sumes behind to be levyed by the
sd. Trear & Trears by way of distress & sale of each
offenders goods as the law in such case directs;
