above named who had taken a view of the sd. dwelling

by wch. rept.wherebyit appearethhouse & house of Correcconthat the roofes of the sd dwelling housethereofare
intirely decayed, that the principall girders are
rotten three foot within the inside of the sd house &
the foundacous of each front much decayed & bellye [..]
out, and that the sd. dwelling house.wasis very much out in the sd. rept. thereinmenconed
of repair in severall other particularsof wch. they
Andthatit will be less charge to build a new dwelling housewth [..]

informed this Cort,then to repaired the [..] old dwelling house And alsoe that there are eight
wards in the sd. house of Correccon wth. they conceived

And It appearing to this Cort upon exaccon into
the sd building & repaires
Is of opinion and doth
the truth of the premissesaccordingly Order that the sd. dwelling house
ought tobe pulled downe & a newhousedwelling
house erected & built instead thereof, And that the
aforesd. wards in the sd. prisonought tobe new
floored & effectually repaired for the more safe
custody of the prisoners comitted or to be comitted to
the custody of the Keeper of the sdhouseprison,And
that there are severall cons considerable sumes of money
remaining due to severall workmen for work by
