Experience of this Court doth not evince the
necessity of the Measure proposed.

By adjournment same Day

A Petition of Mr.. Herbert Robinson< no role > Clerk
to the Magistrates for Holborn Division being laid
before this Court and Read praying the Court to
consider the Accounts delivered in by him for business
done under the Acts of Parliament 35th. and 37th. of
his present Majesty for Raising Men for the Army
and Navy and to direct the payment thereof It
is Ordered That the said Accounts be referred to the
Committee to be Examined and Audited.

By adjournment same Day

A Petition being presented to this Court
signed by William Wright< no role > High Constable of the
Tower Division , Samuel Bridgman< no role > High Constable
of Finsbury Division and Daniel Springthorpe High
Constable of Kensington Division praying to be
Allowed a Recompence for their trouble in collecting
the County Rate and the same being Read and
Considered; Resolved That the said Petition be
Rejected.

By adjournment same Day

Resolved That the Committee appointed
to Inspect and settle the Allowances to be made to
the High and Petty Constables relative to the Militia
do meet at the Session House for this County on
Tuesday the 12th.. day of November next at Eleven
o' Clock in the forenoon precisely to settle the same
and to Consider how far it would be proper to
make a seperate and distinct Rate upon the
County for the same.

The following Report of the committee appointed
to Examine and Audit from time to time the Account
or Accounts of the Treasurer of this County as well with
respect to his Receipts as his Expenditures and Also to
