Resolved That the County Treasurer be at Liberty
to Receive their Quota of the County Rate from such of the
Parishes as are willing to pay the same to him and that
his Receipt shall be a sufficient Discharge for such sums
as shall be paid to him

Several Applications having been made to the Court
relative to the Licencing the Houses in which the Publick
Lectures are Read pursuant to the late Act of Parliament
Resolved That the said several Applications for Licences
for the purposes aforesaid be referred to the Special Sessions
in the respective Neighbourhoods in which they are
situate.

Resolved That it be referred to the Prison Committee
to do such things as are immediately necessary to be
done in the New Prison
.
