September 1799.

That for the Collection of such Quota a precept was
delivered in February to Robert Jones< no role > High Constable for
the Liberty of Westminster .

That in May Sessions the sum of £1839..3s..6d remaining
unpaid to the Treasurer of such Quota an Order of Court
was made for his Attendance on the Court and for pay-
-ment thereof and on the service of such Order the said
High Constable did pay to the Treasurer £1000 .. ..

That in June Sessions the sum of £839..3..6.
remaining unpaid of January Rate another Order of
Court was made on him for his Attendance and
payment thereof

That the said Jones not having obeyed the last
mentioned Order and such balance remaining unpaid
on the 14th. day of August last And another Rate for the
like sum of £8165..2s..5d. having been made in June last
which with the preceeding deficiency made the Quota on
such Division remaining unpaid amount to £3700..17..9.
and the Treasurer deeming it improper to issue a Precept
to such High Constable for the Collection of the Quota on
the last County Rate until the balance of January Rate
was fully Discharged the Treasurer did on that Day send
Notice in Writing of the sum remaining unpaid to the
several Parish Treasurers in such Liberty and from
whom he received Accounts that their respective Quotas
had been paid to the High Constable.

That from the returns made to the Treasurer
by the several Parish Treasurers of the payments made
of the January Rate to the High Constable the times
when the same were paid to him were as follow
