By Adjournment Same day.

The Revd. Dr Glasse having laid before the Court an Account which he
had received from Morton Pitt< no role > Esqr . Member for Gloucester of the proceedings in their
Gaol Resolved that the same do lie on the Table for the inspection of the Magistrates

By Adjournment same day.

Ordered that Mr Robert Jones< no role > the High Constable Westminster do
attend this Court at One o Clock on Saturday next with a list of such Parishes
as have not paid their proportion of the last County Rate.

By Adjournment same day.

Ordered that the Sum of £40 being the usual Annual Allowance
made to Mr. Edward Hall< no role > the Housekeeper at the Session House for this County
towards the Expence incurred for Coals and Candles for the Justices during the
holding their Sessions and other Public Meetings for One year commending the 30th
day of May 1792 and ending this day be paid to him and that the Clerk of the
Peace do issue the usual Order upon the Treasurer of this County for payment thereof.

A Letter from Mr Reeves being laid before the Court recommending
it to the Justices that a number of extra Constables should be sworn in
at the Sessions in order to be ready in case of any disturbance Resolved
that it is the Opinion of this Court that they cannot legally appoint Constables
in the manner proposed by Mr. Reeves.

Mr. Burchell the County Treasurer having laid before the
Court a state of the Accounts of the several High Constables and having
complained that Messrs. Jones Wright and Bridgman were in Arrear for the
last County Rate. Ordered that they do attend this Court on Thursday
the 27th. day of June Instant being the County day of the next Session at One
o Clock precisely to shew cause why they have not paid in their respective
proportions of the County Rate and that they do deliver in an Account of
the several Sums due from the respective Parishes in their several
Divisions.
