Middlesex

At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the Session
House for the said County (by adjournment) on Thursday the
Thirtieth day of May in the Thirty third year of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc

Mr. Edward Hall< no role > the Housekeeper having laid before this Court
an Account of Expences incurred by him as Housekeeper amounting to the
Sum of Eighty Pounds and upwards and this Court taking the same into
consideration Resolved that the said Edward Hall< no role > be paid the Sum of
Eighty Pounds and that in future he be paid the Sum of Ten Pounds every
Session in addition to his present Annual Allowance the first payment of
Ten Pounds to be made at the end of the present Session.

Mr. Edward Gubbins< no role > having laid before the Court two Bills for
the several Sums of £33..15..6 and £3..14..0: for Money due to him on
Account of Chertsey Bridge Ordered that the same be paid and that the
Clerk of the Peace do issue an Order on the Treasurer of the County for payment
thereof accordingly.

Mr. Whiting also laid a Bill before the Court for the Sum of £29..17..6
and it appearing from the Examination of the Bill and by the admission of Mr.
Whiting that the same was for drawing Piles and removing Materials of the
Old Bridge Resolved that it is the Opinion of this Court that it is a
Personal Demand upon Mr. Paine's Representatives and is not a Charge
on the County and ought not to be paid.

By Adjournment same day.

Ordered that the Clerk of the Peace's Office be altered according to the plan and
Estimate made thereof by Mr Rogers the County Surveyor.
