Building conformable to the Act of Parliament and the tenor of the first
mentioned Recognizance but that not having altered the said Building
that therefore he Mr. Jagger had not Certified the Building but that he
understood Mr. Samuel Coates< no role >
Surveyor
of the Parish of Saint Leonard
Shoreditch
and the Liberty of Norton Falgate
had Certified it in consequence
of which the Recognizance of the said Fielder had been Respited sine die
And the said Mr. Coates having attended the Court pursuant to an
Order for that purpose and having stated to the Court his conduct in the
Premises. Resolved the interference of the said Mr Coates in
this matter was improper and meets the disapprobation of the Court
which the Chairman was requested to communicate to the said
Samuel Coates< no role >
in the form of a reprimand and that the further
consideration of Mr Coates's conduct be postponed to the next Sessions
Resolved that the farther consideration of this matter [..]
respecting Mr. Fielder be< no role >
postponed until the next Session with a
view of giving him an opportunity of altering the Building and
making it conformable to the directions of the Act of Parliament.

Mr Rogers having Certified that the Oven which had been
Ordered in the House of Correction was completed and that there was
due to Thomas Powell< no role >
the Sum of £35..5..8 for his Bill for
erecting the said Oven and some other business done by him.

Treasurer of the County for payment thereof
