Resolved that Mr Daniel Hinley< no role > be and he is hereby
appointed Clerk to the said Committee

Resolved that Mr. Daniel Hinley< no role > be and he is hereby
appointed Treasurer of the Haymarket Tolls.

Ordered that the Room in the Sub Hall formerly used as a
Rotation Office be put into habitable Repair and that Mr. Hall be
permitted to make use of the same till further Orders.
