Resolved and Ordered that if the Magistrates shall think
proper to commit Persons Charged with Capital Offences to the House of Correction the
Keepers do not suffer such Persons to remain between Gates upon any Pretence
whatever.

By Adjournment same day.

Resolved that Thomas Aris< no role > be permitted to serve the Prisoners in
the New Prison and House of Correction at Clerkenwell with Bread until the County day
of the next Session.

By Adjournment at he Session House aforesaid on
Friday the 9th. day of December 1791 Before William

A Report from the Committee of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County Middlesex appointed to treat with Mr William Staines< no role > the Contractor for
keeping the Carriage Way of the St. James's Haymarket in Repair respecting his
present Contract with the Justices for Middlesex and Westminster and also to
advertize for Proposals, and to Contract with the requisite Workmen for Paving the
same, and to do all other matters and things in the Execution thereof as shall
appear to be fit and necessary, being laid before this Court and the Same being head
as follows Vizt.

To His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Report of the Committee appointed to treat with Mr
William Staines< no role > the Contractor for keeping the Carriage Way
of the St. James's Haymarket in Repair, respecting his Present
Contract with the Justices for Middlesex and Westminster and
also to Advertize for Proposals and to Contract with the
requisite Workmen for Paving the same and to do all other
