And the said Proposal having been approved and recommended
to this Court by the Committee for conducting the said Building

Resolved that this Court upon the recommendation of
the said Committee do Agree with the said Henry Wood< no role > for
performing the same upon the Terms and at the Price contained
in his said Proposal who being called in and agreeing thereto
Resolved that a proper Contract be prepared for that purpose
and be entered into with him accordingly.

By Adjournment same day

The following Report of the Committee appointed to Examine
and Audit from time to time the Account or Accounts of the Treasurer
of this County as well with respect to his Receipts as his Expenditures
and also to examine and audit all Demands of what nature or
kind soever made on this County previous to the payment thereof
being laid before the Court and read Vizt.

Middlesex , To His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace
holden for the said County in the Month of March 1792 Assembled
