desired Effect were the Stoves placed properly under it - there are
also Flues in the Kitchen ready for the placing of Coppers or Boilers
for Dressing of Beef or Hams part of the Floor of the Kitchen
remaining yet unpaved on that Account. The Coppers are very
Deficient, the Pewter is some of it so much worn that it cannot be
used. A Meat Screen and many other Articles much wanted
An Oven at the end of the Range wou'd be a great convenience
Glass and Dish Trays are much wanted for the use of the Dining
Room, also China Plates or Earthen Ware, Plate Baskets, Knife
Trays Etc.

And also a Particular and Estimate of the several Articles
and Fixtures wanted in the Kitchen Etc of the said Session House
made by Mr Rogers the County Surveyor was also Read

Resolved that a Committee be appointed to examine into
the same and consider what is wanting and necessary to be done and
that the said Committee do give Orders for the same accordingly and that
Williams Mainwaring< no role > Esquire , Herbert Mayo< no role > D. D. Brackley Kennett D. D,
Henry Holland< no role > , John Staples< no role > , Rupert Clarke< no role > , David Walker< no role > , Nathaniel
Conant, Richard Tayler, Edward Read< no role > , William Hyde< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > ,
William Kitchiner< no role > and Charles Sheppard< no role > Esquires or any three of more
of them or of such other Magistrates of the said County as may think
proper to attend be such Committee and that the said Committee to
meet at the Session House for this County on Thursday the 16th. day of
June Instant at one Clock precisely.

By Adjournment same day

Ordered that the Sum of £40 the usual Annual
Allowance made to Mr. Edward Hall< no role > the Housekeeper at the Session House
for this County towards the Expence incurred for Coals and Candles for the
Justices during the holding their Sessions and other Public Meetings for
One Year commencing the 30th. day of May 1790 and ending the 30th. day of
May 1791 be paid to him and that the Clerk of the Peace do issue the
usual Order upon the Treasurer of this County for the Payment thereof.
