And Mr Rogers also laid before this Court a Plan and Elevation of
the intended Building altered in the manner proposed which was approved of by
the Court, but Mr Rogers stated that on Account of the shortness of time since
he received Orders on this subject from the Magistrates he was not prepared to
lay the Estimate before the Court.
Resolved that it be referred to the Committee appointed for conducting
the said Building to pursue such Measures as they shall think fit for
Carrying into Execution the Alterations proposed.
