or neglecting to pay the same as aforesaid by Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of two or more Justices of the Peace of the said County residing in
or near such Town Parish or Place rendering the Overplus (if any there be)
after deducting the Money assessed and the Charges of the distress and Sale
to the Owner or Owners thereof and the High Constables Church Wardens
Chapel Wardens and Overseers of the poor in the said County are not to fail
of performing the matters and things abovementioned enjoined them by this
Order in pursuance of the said Act of Parliament under the Penalties
mentioned in the said Act:

That in pursuance of the Order of this Court made on the
County day of the last Session Your said Committee did meet on the 20th.
day of October Instant, when William Mainwaring< no role > Esquire informed the
Committee, that Mr Blackborow had procured several Affidavits since the
Report of the former Committee, which he had left in the Hands of the Clerk
of the Peace, which Affidavits having been Read. Mr Blackborow was called
