Health in which they have been received by him and from whom and of the
manner in which they have been disposed of, how long they remain in his
Custody
and how many are remaining in his Hands and every other particular,
Circumstance that may have occurred from the end of the preceeding Session
Resolved also that a committee be appointed to inspect the
situation of the Vagrants in the Custody of Mr Adams the Contractor for
passing of vagrants and that they Report their Opinion to the Court and that
