By Adjournment Saturday 16th January 1790

Mr. Leslie not having attended the Court in
consequence of the order which had been left for him at his
House and the Court being informed that he was extremely ill
and unable to attend Ordered that Application be made to
the Parish Officers of St Paul Covent Garden to know why their
Quota of the County Rate had not been paid in and to desire that
the same might be immediately paid into the Hands of the
Treasurer of the County Mr Leslie being out of the Office of High
Constable.

By Adjournment Monday 18th. January 1790.

Mr Stirling informed the Court that he had
applied to the Parish Officers of Saint Paul Covent Garden who
admitted that they had not paid in their Quota but that they
would pay the same into the Treasurers Hands in a few days
