"On the Report of Richardson & Duke for a
"Burglary in October Sessions, it appear'd the Prosecutor John
"Mc Carty was a Publican in St. Giles's & kept his House open at
"very unseasonable hour's I was commanded to make
"this known to the Sessions for the County of Middx that at the
"Licenseing day, the Conduct of the Owner might be consider'd
"before the Sessions proceeded to grant him a New License.

"Decr. 7th. 1789.."

Ordered that the said Letter be transmitted
to the Meeting of the Magistrates who license the Publicans
living within that part of the County.

A Plan for a Sick ward Etc, for the New Prison
being laid before the Court Resolved that the consideration
thereof be adjourned 'till the next Session, and that the
Committee be desired in the mean time to inspect the said
Prison.

The following Letter from Mr. Cockerell being
laid before the Court and Read Vizt.

"To the Worshipful the Committee of Justices of the
"Peace for the County of Middlesex for erecting the New House of
"Correction for the said County
