1That the Walls and Ceilings
of Cells in Gaols shall be scraped and
White washed once in the year at least

with fresh Air by Ventilators or

4That there shall be two Rooms
set apart for the Sick
There are two Rooms set apart for the Sick
one for the Men and the other for the Women
5That a Warm and Cold Bath

up in the Gaol.

7That a Surgeon
