"before the Court and approved on Wednesday the 29th. day of March last
"(being the adjournment day of the last Session) and that the necessary
"Measures for carrying the said Plan into Execution will be taken into
"Consideration on Thursday the 27th. day of April Instant (being the
''County day of the next Session) and in the mean Time the said Plan
"together with a Particular or Description thereof will lie in my office
"for the Inspection of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County

And the Court having taken into consideration the Report of the
Committee appointed to prepare a Plan Proper for a House of Correction
for this County and also the Plan for the said House of Correction. It was
Moved That a Committee be appointed to carry into Execution the Plans
already submitted to and approved of by this Court and that it be recommended
to the said Committee to have a strict regard to Aconomy in all their
Considerations on this Subjects ; That every possible saving may be
made and every unnecessary expence avoided - Which being
Seconded was carried in the affirmative.

Resolved That it be referred to a Select Committee to
prepare particulars of the work to be done in and about the said House
of Correction and to advertize for proposals for carrying the same into
Execution and That the following Gentlemen be the Committee Vizt.

and
William Gowan< no role > Esqrs .

And that the said Committee do meet at the Sessions House on Monday
the Eighth day of May next at Eleven o'Clock precisely and adjourn
from time to time at their pleasure.
