And the said Committee further Report

That having taken into consideration the request of Mr. Bond
the present Tenant of the Tap House at New Prison for Permission to retain in
his possession (after he shall have quitted the Tap) the Use of the Cellars
belonging to the same It is their Opinion that in Consideration the said
Cellars immediately adjoin to the Walls of the said Prison it would be highly
in expedient and detrimental to the Safety of the Prison to let any Person have
the possession of the said Cellars except the Keeper of the said Prison.

And the said Committee Lastly Report that they
have not been able to Complete their Enquires as to the other Matters
referred to them and therefore Crave leave to sit again to determine the
same

All which the Committee Submit Etc
W: Bleamire.

Resolved that a Copy of such part of the above Report as
Respects the Vagrants removed by the City of London be transmitted to The
Lord Mayor and Aldermen of the said City.

Resolved that such part of the Report of the said Committee
as respects the Alteration of the Keepers House and Tap House at the New
Prison be carried into Execution

Resolved that this Court do Agree with the said Committee
in the other part of their said Report respecting the Cellars and Order
that the same be received and confirmed.

Mr. Adams the Contractor for the Conveyance of Vagrants
was called in and informed the Court That one John Pigler< no role > was brought to
his House as a Vagrants on Saturday the 28th. day of January last from the
City of London by a Pass signed by William Gill< no role > Esquire . That he
Complained when he received him that he was ill of a Fever and Ague
and that he died in his Hands on the Tuesday following - That one
Biddy Fitzpatrick< no role > was brought to his House on Monday the 20th. of March
last from the City of London by a Pass Warrant signed by Sir Watkin Lewes< no role >
