Corcetion.}

A Motion was made that a Committee be appointed to
ascertain and report the instructions necessary for the building a
House of Correction for this County and the same being Agreed to It

other Gentlemen that may please to attend or any five of them be such
Committee and that the said Committee do meet for the first time at
this place on Tuesday next the 20th. Instant at the hour of Eleven in the
forenoon Precisely and afterwards adjourn to and meet at such times
and places as they shall think fit.

near the Sub shall
now used by the
House Keeper he
appropriated for ye.
Witnesses

It is Ordered that the Room near the Sub Hall now in the
use of the House Keeper be appropriated for the Witnesses attending the Grand
Jury during the time of their sitting in Session. and that the Housekeeper
do take care to have a proper fire in the said Room during the said time

Enquiry into the
Manner of the
Death of Geo Wind< no role >
in the House of
Correction.}

This Court being informed that Mr Thomas Gibbes< no role > Surgeon and
Apothecary to New Prison at Clerkenwell and the House of Correction there
did not personally attend the said Prison being now here present was
called in and having stated that his Son who is a Surgeon duly attended
for him and that there were more Chirurgical Cases among the Prisoners
