Certain alterations made
by the Sheriff in the said
Goals damd merely
for the accomn and security
of the Sheriffs debtors the
[..] expence when of to be defrayd
by the sheriff.}

And the several other Alterations made by the Sheriff
in the said Goals appearing to this Court to be merely for the
accommodation and security of the Sheriffs Debtors while
confined therein Resolved that the Expence thereof ought to be
borne and defrayed by the said Sheriffs
