All Traverses to be entered
with the Clk of the peace
for the first day of the
Sessions}

Ordered that all Traverses to be tried at the General
or General Quarter Session of the Peace for this County be entered with
with the Clerk of the Peace for this County for the first day of the Session's
(except the Michaelmas Session and then for the first Adjournment
day thereof) and not otherwise without Leave of the Court

The Treasurer to the
Commissioners for builds.
New Session house pro.
[..] ues his accts. and is
[..] usted to produce them
[..] on the County day
the next Session.}

Mr. Eyles Clerk and Treasurer to the Commissioners for
building a New Session house for this County having pursuant to
Order laid before this Court an Account of his Receipts and
Disbursements It is Ordered that on the County day of the
now next Sessions the said Accounts be again produced and it is
requested that the said Treasurer do in the mean time inform
himself and form a statement of what Demands upon the said
Commissioners are still outstanding and unsatisfied.

The County Treasurer
produce an acct. of
[..] annual produce
[..] the county Estates.}

It is Ordered that the Treasurer of this County do on the
County day of the now next Session lay before the Court an account of the
annual produce of the Estates belonging to his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for this County for the benefit of the said County and of what Money
remain in his hands arising therefrom.

The collector of the Tolls
[..] the St 'James 's Heny
[..] but to lay his acct.
[..] the Court carry Sess:}

It is Ordered that the Collector of the Tolls of the Saint
James's Haymarket do on the County day of every Quarter Session of the
Peace to be holden in and this County lay a state of his Accounts
before the Court
