Ordered that Mr. John Benson< no role > do out of the first
Monies that shall be received by him as Treasure of this County p [..]
to Charles Eyles< no role > Esquire Treasurer to the Commissioners for build [..]
a New Session house for this County the Remainder of the Sum of
£4000 directed to be paid to him by the Order made on Thursday
the 16th day of May last pursuant to the Act of Parliament
passed in the Eighteenth Year of the Reign of his present Majestys
for building the said Session house.

His Majestys Justices of the Peace having viewed and examined
the Alterations made by Mr. Sheriff Taylor at New Prison and
Clerkenwell Bridewell Resolved that the Alterations for which

ought to be paid for by this County.
