This being the Case, I must request that You will be pleased
to particularize tow or three districts within Your County, where the Act
may be Executed with most Conveynience and Effect

I shall be very much obliged to You Gentlemen, if You will
communicate the Contents of this Letter to the Justices who shall attend
the Michaelmas Quarter Session for their information

Resolved it is Opinion of his Majestys Justices of the
peace now here assembled that Brentford Staines Uxbridge Barnet & Enfield the places mentioned in Mr. Clarks Letter
to the Chairman are the most likely and proper places within this County
(out of the Bills of Mortality) in which the Act of Parliament for the
more Easy and better recruiting his Majestys Land Forces and Marind [..]
can be carried into Execution

Resolved that the Clerk of the peace be desired to
Transmit the above Resolution to Richard Clarke< no role > Esqr .

The Reverend Mr. Richards Chaplin< no role > to New
Prison having Exhibited unto this Court a complaint that the prisoners
confined in New Prison and Clerkenwell Bridewell are very disorderly
and ill behaved during the time of Divine Service in the Chapel of the
said prisons Ordered that it be and it is hereby referred to the
Committee appointed to carry into immediate and Effectual Execution
the Repair of New prison and Clerkenwell Bridewell to consider and
fix upon certain Regulations and Punishments to be made and inflicted
on those who shall behave in a disorderly and indecent manner in the
Chapel of the prisons during the Celebration of Divine Service

The Deputy Clerk of the peace having laid before the
Court the following Letter which he had received from Mr. Richard
Akerman
< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. the Keeper of his a Majestys Goal of Newgate in answer to a
Copy of the Order of Court made at the last Session in respect to Mr.
Akermans demand of the payment of certain Sums of Money for fees
which he Supposes due to him from this County under certain Acts of
Parliament for the discharge and Commitment of certain prisoners
and the same being Read Vizt.
