It was moved and Seconded that a proper Representation be
forthwith made to the Chancellor of the Dutchy of Lancaster of
Improper Conduct of the said Mr Francis Russel< no role > towards his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County and the same being
agreed to It is ordered accordingly and it is referred to the Chairman
form and conduct the said Representation

Order respecting the
[..] sion of fines
Confirmed}

The following order made on the County day of the [..]
Session which stood for Confirmation being read Vizt. Ordered the
if any fine shall be set on imposed by this Court on any person
for non attendance or other Contempt of this Court the same [..]
not afterwards be remitted or lessened upon any Motion for that [..]
unless the Majority of the Justices who imposed such Fine shall
be present and consenting to the said Motion It is ordered that
the said order be and the same is hereby Confirmed and the [..]
is hereby declared to be a standing order of this Court

Order for repaving
the St James & Hay
market }

The Chairman having represented that the Bill for remedy [..]
the defects in the several Bills for paving Westminster Etc in wh [..]
was inserted a Clause that strucks at the Interest of this Count
in Saint James Haymarket had after much opposition been
withdrawn from before the House of Commons in consequence
of an Order from the Commissioners for paving westminster
was moved and Seconded That it is necessary forthwith [..]
the St. James Haymarket and the same being carried un [..]
in the affirmative It was ordered that the Committee appoint [..]
by an order made at the General Quarter Session of the [..]
holden for this County by adjournment on Thursday the 12th. of
January last to oppose all attempts in Parliament that [..]
affect the Interest of this County in the St. James Haymarket
or deprive the Justices of their Contract which for the benefit
the Publick they have over the same and that the said Com [..]
do meet at this place on Thursday next at Eleven Clock [..]
forenoon and they are hereby empowered forthwith to Repa [..]
