Five hundred pounds with such Condition as is above written And also with
Condition that in Case the said Thomas Hopkins< no role > shall continue Keeper of
the said House of Correction untill the time of his Death that then the
Executors or Administrators of the said Thomas Hopkins< no role > shall forthwith
Deliver up the aforesaid Goods and Utensills belonging to the said County
being in the said House of Correction which shall be Specified in the said
Account to which the said Thomas Hopkins< no role > is to Subscribe his name as
aforesaid And also all such other Goods and Utensills as shall be bought or
Provided and placed in the same House of Correction at the Charge of the
said County (and which are to be Added to the said Inventory or Account) in good
plight or Condition (reasonable use and Wearing thereof excepted) together
with the Prisoners which were committed to the Custody of the said Thomas
Hopkins as Governor or Keeper of the said House of Correction and shall be
then undischarged and the said Trees and other things which shall be in
and belonging to the said Garden in such manner and to such Person and
Persons as they shall be required to as by any Order of General Quarter or
General Session of the Peace for the said County.

An Account of Inquisitions being lay'd before this Court by the
Executrix of the last Will and Testament of George Grew< no role > deceased late
one of the Coroners of this County the same is referred to the Examination
of such of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County who shall be
pleased to meet as a Committee at Hicks Hall aforesaid On Monday the
Fifth day of December next by Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon

The Bill of William Sheldon< no role > the Cryers Assistant is referred to the
same Committee

Repairs at Clerkenwell
Bridewell .

The Application of Thomas Hopkins< no role > Governor of the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell for several Matters and things to be done in
the said House Is referred to the same Committee or to the Committee
that shall Vizit the Prisons in the meantime Except so much of the said
Application as relates to the Window Shutters

Turner & Peer's Petty

Whereas John Turner< no role > late Governor of the House of Correction aforesaid
now a Prisoner in Wood street Compter London hath Petitioned this Court for
an Allowance of the Sallary of Fifty pounds Allowed and paid to the said
Governors (during pleasure) It is Ordered that the same Petition and
likewise the Petition of Richard Peers< no role > the Turn key Setting forth that the said
Turner is considerably Indebted to him for his Wages and otherwise
whereby he is greatly Impoverished as be and the same are hereby
referred to the said Committee

The Petition of William Pentlow< no role > Keeper of New Prison presented
to this Court for an Allowance of a Proportional part of the Salary of
Fifty pounds for his Care and Charge of keeping the house of Correction .
