Five hundred pounds with such Condition as is above written And also with
Condition that in Case the said
Thomas Hopkins< no role >
shall continue Keeper of
the said House of Correction
untill the time of his Death that then the
Executors or Administrators of the said
Thomas Hopkins< no role >
shall forthwith
Deliver up the aforesaid Goods and Utensills belonging to the said County
being in the said House of Correction
which shall be Specified in the said
Account to which the said
Thomas Hopkins< no role >
is to Subscribe his name as
aforesaid And also all such other Goods and Utensills as shall be bought or
Provided and placed in the same House of Correction at the Charge of the
said County (and which are to be Added to the said Inventory or Account) in good
plight or Condition (reasonable use and Wearing thereof excepted) together
with the Prisoners which were committed to the Custody of the said Thomas
Hopkins as Governor or Keeper of the said House of Correction
and shall be
then undischarged and the said Trees and other things which shall be in
and belonging to the said Garden in such manner and to such Person and
Persons as they shall be required to as by any Order of General Quarter or
General Session of the Peace for the said County.
