Design of the Court All which Your Committee submitt to
the further Consideration of this Court and have Adjourned
themselves in Order to receive any further direction
touching the said Referrence

Report confirmed Etc.

Which Report this Court Approving and Agreeing to, doth
in all things confirm the same. And doth order that the Keeper
of New Prison Do from time to time with the Approbation of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in the Division of Fins-
bury supply the necessitous prisoners in his Custody with Bread
in the same manner as those in the House of Correction are to
be supplied And in order that none but proper Objects shall
be so supplied in either of the said Prisons the Keepers thereof
are both required to give Accounts of their respective Prisoners
to the sd. Justices or some of them every Saturday forenoon for the
better distinguishing those proper to be so relieved.

By Adjournment on Thursday the 23d. day of February 1764

His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex now Assembled at
this present General Sessions of the Peace holden for the said County do elect and
continue Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr. to be Chairman of the General Quarter and General
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the same County between Easter One thousand
seven hundred and Sixty four and Michaelmas then next following and to give thanks
to the said Mr. Lane for the great services by him done to the said County in the
Publick Administration of Justice

Treasurer 's Accots.

It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it hereby recommended and referred
to George Errington< no role > Bartholomew Hammond< no role > John Spencer< no role > Colepe and Thomas Scott< no role >
Esquires His Majestys Justices of the peace for this County and such other Justices
of the Peace [..] said County as will be pleased to be Present or any three or
more of them [..] Committee to meet together at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday
the Nineteenth day of April next at Nine of the Clock in the Morning to Inspect
and Audit the Account of Mr. John Higgs< no role > touching the Monies received By him
as Treasurer of this County and of his disbursements out of the same And
also to inspect his Account of what Sum and Sums of Money he hath reced and
of whom for the Rents of the Estate belonging to this County and how the same
or any part thereof hath been applied and disposed of and the said Committee
are desired to make their report touching the Premes to the Court at the next
Genl . Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County on the County day of the
same Session
