Sessions or the major part of them Then if the said Wm Jones< no role > shall for the with
peaceably deliver up and Quit the Possession of the said House of Correction
with the Appurtenances and the Goods and Utensils there unto belonging
in the Schedule or Inventory hereunto annexed mentioned in good
Plight and Condition together with the Prisoners committed to his Custody
as Governor or Keeper of the said House of Correction and then remaining
undischarged in Such manner and to Such Person or Persons as he
shall be required to do by any Order of General or Quarter Sessions of
the Peace for the said County And that in Case the said Wm. Jones shall
Continue Keeper of the Said House of Correction untill the time of his
Death Then if the Extors or Admtors of the Said Wm Jones< no role > do forthwith
Deliver up the aforesaid Goods and Utensils belonging to the said House of
Correction in the Schedule or Inventory hereunto annexed partlarly
mentioned in good Plight and Condition together with the Prisoners
which were committed to the Custody of the said Wm. Jones< no role > as Governor or
Keeper of the Said House of Correction and Shall be then undischarged in
such manner and to such Person or Persons as they shall be required
to be by any Order of General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the
said County Then this Obligation tobe said Or else to remain in full
force.

An Inventory or Account of the Goods
and Utensils belonging to the County of Middx being
in the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in the
said County.

In the Kitchen

The Kitchen timed four feet high, a Dresser Shelves and Closet One Range
and Cheeks, and Racks, a Stone Sink, a Stone Chimney Piece Sliding. Shutters

A Cole Hole, Shutters to the Window, some old Iron Bars Etc

First Parlour rt. Hand

The Front Wainscotted to the top, Shutters to the Windows two Closets and
Shelves, Stone Chimney Piece and Brest to the Chimney Warnscotted to the
top Single Cornice And the Wainscott round the other part about four
feet and an half high and a Cornice, a Door Lock and key

The 2d. Parlour left Hand

Front Wainscotted the same as in the other Parlour Shutters to the
Windows, a Beaufet with Shelves a Closet & Shelves Front to the
Chimney Wainscotted to the top Lock and Key to the Door

Stone Steps leading to the Door of the Dwelling House.
