to the said Bridge be such as are not comprized and specified in the said
Articles of Agreement and not not to be done by the said John Wilkins< no role >
then the said Justices are desired to employ such other Person or Persons
as they shall think proper in and about the said Repairs and to make
their Report touching the Premisses to the Court at the next General
Session of the peace to be holden for this County.

Order for Mr. Higgs Trear
to pay 12s. to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of St.
Clement Danes for the burial
of Sarah Fuller< no role > .

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
do pay to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in this County the Sum of twelve shillings for the Charges which they have been
put unto in and about the Burial of one Sarah Fuller< no role > who died in her removal from
the Parish of St. Mary White Chappell in the said County to the Parish of Ealing in
the same County by virtue of a Vagrant Pass under the Hand and Seal of
Thomas Quarrill< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said
County And that the Receipt of the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
or one of them shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such
payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the twenty seventh day of February 1755 .

Days appointed
for Business of the
Sessions.

Whereas divers delays and Expences have been occasioned by reason of the days not
being fixed and appointed for the trying hearing and determining the several Businesses
cognizable in this Court Therefore It is Ordered by this Court that for the future
the second and third days of every Sessions of the Peace recd oyer and Terminer to be holden for this County
be set apart for the Trials of Traverses upon Indictments for Assaults and
Misdemeanors and the Thursday in every Sessions for the hearing of all Petitions
and Appeals and the Friday in every Sessions for the Trial of all Persons Indicted
or to be Indicted for Petty Larceny and that all Writs of Venire facias for Trial
of Traverses upon Indictments for Assaults and Misdemeanors be taken out and
returned by the Sheriff by two of the Clock in the Afternoon at farthest on the day
preceeding the day on which such Traverses are to be tried and that if the Defts.
do not appear at the first Sitting of the Court to try their Traverses or leaving not
taken out their Venires and returned the same as aforesaid the Trial of such
Traverses shall be deferred and put off untill the next Sessions and their Recognizances
shall be Estreated and the same shall not be respited without payment of Costs to
the presentors at the Discretion of the Court and in Case the Prosecutors of such
Indictments do not appear at the first Sitting of the Court in Order to give
Evidence upon such Indictments that then the Defts. proving due Notice of
Trial may be acquitted of the Offences charged against them And it is further
Ordered by this Court that the Deputy Cryer of this Court do direct the
