By Adjournment on Thursday the Sixteenth day of January 1755.

Order for Mr. Higgs
Treasurer to Pay £19:11s:4d
to Mr. Peter Westcott< no role > for
Slater's Work done at
Hicks Hall }

A Bill of Mr. Peter Westcott< no role > Slater having been produced to this Court for
Work done at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in this County amounting to
the Sum of Nineteen Pounds eleven Shillings and four pence farthing And it
Appearing to this Court that the said Bill is just and reasonable It is
Ordered by this Court that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
pay the sd. Sum of Nineteen pounds Eleven Shillings and four pence
farthing out of the Moneys received for the County Rents unto the said
Peter Westcott< no role > in full of his said Bill whose receipt together with
this Order shall be a Sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for
such payment.

A Bill of Mr. Richard Williams< no role > Glazier having been produced to this Court
for Work done at Hicks Hall in this County amounting to the Sum of Two
pounds four Shillings and Eight Pence and it appearing to this Court that
the sd. Bill is just and reasonable It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John
Higgs Treasurer of this County do pay the sd. Sum of Two pounds four Shillings
and Eight pence out of the Moneys received for the County Rents unto the said
Richard Williams< no role > in full of his said Bill whose receipt together with this
Order shall be a Sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

Order of Recomendation
concerning the repairing
and Amending of Brentford
Bridge }

It being represented unto this Court that part of a certain Publick Bridge
called Brentford Bridge in this County being out of Repair and that it is
necessary that the same should be forthwith repaired and amended to prevent as much as
may be its being further out of Repair It is Ordered by this Court that
it be and it is hereby recommeded and referred unto King Gould and
Charles Gould< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace of this County
to take a Survey of the said Bridge and to examine what Repairs are
necessary and wanting to be done thereto and whether such Repairs ought to
be done by John Wilkins< no role > Pavior pursuant to Articles of Agreement formerly
entered into by him to several of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace of this
County for repairing amending and maintaining the said Bridge and if it
shall appear to the said King Gould< no role > and Charles Gould< no role > that the said Repairs
ought to be done by the said John Wilkins< no role > in pursuance of the said
Articles then they are desired to cause the same to be forthwith done by him,
in a substantial and workman like manner But if the Repairs wanting
