It is Ordered by this Court that
Samuel Clanfield< no role >
the present
Occupier of a Messuage or Tenement Called or known by the Name
of the Mulberry Garden
House with the Appurts situate and being
at Clerkenwell
in the County of Middx
(being Part of the Estate
belonging to the said County) who hath obtained a Licence to
sell Beer and Ale by Retale, Do keep Good Order and Rule in
the said House and not suffer any Disorders to be Committed
therein And that the said
Samuel Clanfield< no role >
do pay such
Sum of Money as shall be due from him for Rent of the said
Premisses at Michaelmas next unto

Gentleman
Reciever of the Rents of the Estate belonging to the said County
And also that he the said
Samuel Clanfield< no role >
do then Quitt and
deliver up the Possession of the said Premisses unto the said

or to such other Person as the surviving Grantees
and Trustees of the said, Estate shall Appoint together with
such Goods and Things as were Left upon the Premisses by

what Part thereof should be rebuilt for the more safe
Custody
of Prisoners Committed thither, and to take to
their Assissance such Able Workmen as they shall think
proper and to make and Estimate of the Expence
