and Security of the same and to taken a Contract or Agreement from such Person
or persons as he shall think proper to be Employed therein for the Doing hereofof itin a
substantial and work unable Manner and for finding and using good sound and
Sufficient Timber and other Materials for doing the said Repairs and that the Charge
and Expence thereof shall be defrayed and born out of the Moneys already
raised or to be raised by virtue of the Act of Parliament, for the more Easy
assessing Collecting andGatheringlevying of County Rates, and the said
Mr. [..] Mainwaring is desiredon the County Dayto make his Report
to the Court on the County Day of the Next Sessions of what hath been
done or is necessary to be further done in Pursuance of this Order.
