Order for adjorning the
further consideration of the
Report concerning the
County Estate Etc untill the
next Quarter Sessions}
A Report being made unto this Court by

being a Quorum of the Committee of
his Maties Justices of the peace
for this County in Such
behalf appointed concerning the Estate belonging to this
County, and how the rents and profits of the Said estate are
applicable, and concerning what Trustees are now living in
whom the Said Estate is Vested, and concerning the
advanceing Some money towards the imediate repair of
the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
to which some
repairs ought to be forthwith done to Secure the Same
against the weather, And the Said Report being read and
a Debate ariseing thereupon It is Ordered by this Court that
the further consideration of the Said Report be adjourned
untill the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County, And that in the mean time the Draught of a Deed
be prepared for conveying the Said Estate to new Trustees
to make up the Number of Trustees appointed by the
Original Deed of trust, And that Such Draught be laid
before his Maties Justices of the peace
for this County at the
Said next Quarter Sessions.

in St. John Street
in the Said County,
And to inquire what debts are already incurred for repairs
done at Hicks hall
aforesaid, and to whom the Same are due
or ought to be paid, and if any and what further repaires
are requisite & necessary to be done to the Said Hall, and how
the expences of the Said repaires already done or to be done
may be provided for, And to make their Report in writing
touching the premisses to the Court of the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County.
