County or any three or more of them as a Comittee
to assemble and meet together at George's Coffeehouse
in the Hay Market on Wednesday the tenth day of
December instant at eleven of the clock in the forenoon
and at Such other times and places as they shall think
fit to appoint, And to consider of the State of the Hay-
Market in the parishes of St. Martin in the fields and St.
James Westminster in the Said County, and the
Treasurership of the Same, and by what method the
Same may be most effectually repaired, and how
the State of the Accounts of the right honble. the Lord
William powlett< no role > lately deced and John Ellis< no role > of the
pall mall Esqr . Treasurers of the Said Hay Market
now Stand And to make their Report touching the
premisses unto the, Court of the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County on the
County day of the Same Sessions.

of an Order against Justices
Clerks Solliciting for Defts.
at the Sessions.

It is Ordered by this Court that the consideracon of an
Order made in May Sessions 1724 prohibiting the
Clerks to the Justices of the peace for this County from
Solliciting for any person Indicted or to be Indicted or
any other Defendant at any Generall or Quarter
Sessions of the peace for this County, which Stood
adjourned to this day, be further adjourned untill
the County day of the next Generall Quarter
