consideracon of a matter
concerning the preventing
the retorn of insufficient
Grand Jurymen}

It is Ordered by this Court that the consideracon of a matter touching
the preventing the retorn of insufficient persons to Serve as Grand
Jurymen at the Sessions of the peace for this County (which
matter was appointed to be taken into consideracon on this day)
be and the Same is hereby adjorned untill the County day of the
next Generall Sessions of the peace for this County.

It is Ordered by this Court that the consideracon of an Order made in
May Sessions one thousand seven hundred and twenty four
prohibiting the Clerks to the Justices of the peace for this County from
Solliciting for any persons Indicted or to be Indicted or any other
Deft. at any Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County, which Stood adjourned to this day, be and the Same is
hereby adjourned,

This Court doth appoint William Nichols< no role > of the parish of
Sunbury within the Hundred of Spelthorne in this County Gent to
be high Constable within the Said Hundred in the room and
place of Thomas Rolfe< no role > Gent deced late high Constable within
the Same Hundred, And doth Order that the Said William
Nichols doe attend this Court at Hicks hall in St.John Street in
the Said County on Monday next at eleven of the clock in the
forenoon and take his Oath for his due execucon of the Office
of high Constable within the Hundred of Spelthorne
aforesaid.
