licence there granted and that he Should not have
received more than one Shilling and Six pence P licence
being the accustomed fee by him received for each licence
at the Generall Renewing of Alehouse keepers licences
And If being alledged on behalf of the Clerk of the peace
that the licences granted at the Said Generall Meeting
were all of them new licences and that he was intituled
to have two Shillings and Six pence for each new licence,
the like fee being also paid for each new licence to the
Clerks of the Justices of the peace, It is Ordered by this Court
that the consideracon of the Said matter be adjourned
untill the County day of the next Generall Sessions of the
peace for this County,

Order for enlargeing
the time for the
Committee upon the
Brick Act, to make
their Report.}

It is Ordered by this Court that the time limited by an Order
made at the last Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for this County by Adjournment on Thursday the
tenth day of July last for the Committee of his Maties
Justices of the for this County therein named to consider
of an Act of Parliament made in the Second year of his
present Maties reign touching the appointing of
Searchers to view and inspect the making of bricks and
Pantiles, and of the best methods to be taken for
offectuating the Same, and what Sort of persons are
fit to be appointed Searchers to view and inspect the
making of bricks and pantiles in this County, and for
what time, and for what places or districts, And to
report their opinions in writing touching the
premisses unto this Court, be enlarged untill the
next Generall Sessions of the peace for this County,
