Application haveing been made to this Court at this
present Sessions by Henry Mackris< no role > Gentleman high
Constable of Endfield in this County Praying that he
might be paid the several Sumes of ninety pounds
and forty five pounds amounting together to the Sume
of one hundred and thirty five pounds for the arrears of
his Salary of Sixty pounds p. Ann. for his trouble and
Expences in passing of Vagrts. for two Years and one
Quarter of a Year ending at Midsumer last. And
Application having been also made unto this Court
by Nichas Ludford< no role > one of the petty Constables of
South mims in this County praying that he might be
paid his Salary of ten pounds for his trouble and
Expences in passing of Vagrants for one quarter of
a year ending at Midsumer last, This Court did
Order that thirty pounds should be paid by Tho:
Jones Gent< no role > . Trear of the Vagrant Money unto the
said Henry Mackris< no role > in part of the Moneys due to
him as aforesaid, and the said Tho: Jones allidging
that he hath little or no money in his hands of
this Court in Order to Satisfie the said remainder
of the said Moneys due to the said Mackris, and
also the said ten pounds due to the said Nicholas
Ludford< no role > Doth order that it be and it is hereby re-
commeded and referred unto the Honble James Bertie< no role >
Esqr . Sr. John Austen< no role > Bart . Sr . Tho: Hewet< no role > Sr. John
Gonson< no role > Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > Knrs. John Milner< no role > Tho: Milnir

Hayne< no role > and Alexander Ward< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the Peace for this
County or any three of them to Ascertain what Sume of
Money may be applyed to Sr. Daniel Dolins< no role > Knt . one of his
Matis. Justices of the Peace of this County out of the Vagrant
Money paid into his hands by the Treasr. or Treasrs. of the
same, to satisfie and pay unto the said Henry Mackris< no role > and
Nichas Ludford< no role > the Moneys due to them for the Service
aforesaid and to make their Report touching the same
unto the Court of General or Quarter Sessions of the
Place for this County.
