of Moneys due to
him for passing
of Vagrants.}

Upon reading the humble Petition of Henry
Mackris
< no role > Gentleman high Constable of Endfield
in this County exhibited unto this Court Setting forth
that in April last Thomas Jones< no role > Gentleman
Treasurer of the Vagrant Money was Ordered to pay
unto the Petitioner Ninety Pounds for Conveying
of Vagrants through this County being due
for One Year and an halfes Salary for such
Service at Michaelmas then last past, But
the Petitioner hath not received the same or any
part thereof, the said Treasurer complaining that
he hath noe Money in his hands whereby to
Satisfye the same, And that there is alsoe
due to the Petitioner the further Sume of
Forty five pounds for Three Quarters of a Years
Salary for the like Service ending at
Midsumer last, And the Petitioner
praying that this Court would please to
consider the great Expence and Charge he
hath been at in performing the said
service, And to Order the payment of the
said severall Sinnes of Money to the Petitioner
It is Ordered by this Court that the said
Treasurer Doe forthwith pay the Sume of
Thirty pounds unto the Petitioner in part
of the Moneys due to his for the Service
aforesaid And that the Petitioners receipt
together with this Order Shall be a sufficient
Discharge to the said Treasurer for such
payment.
